     Why is my email diskspace usage showing incorect data?
    Solution It is possible that when you log in to cPanel > Email Accounts your usage seems higher than usual. This is typically down to one of 3 reasons:

    1) Our quotas are refreshed every 4 hours, please wait 4 hours and check again as the data may just be old!

    2) If you use or have used webmail, you may have emails in your 'sent' folder, log back in to your webmail and remove any unwanted messages.

    3) Have you set your email software to keep a copy of emails on the server? This might explain large quotas and is discouraged as you will soon run out of space on your account.
