     How can I use my account before modifying my DNS?
    Solution If you want to upload your files, configure your email accounts and upload your SQL databases before you point your domain name DNS to our servers you will need to replace the domain name with ours as follows:

    SolarHost Customers should use 'solarhost.co.uk'

    cPanel - www.solarhost.co.uk/cpanel and then log in with the username and password from your welcome email
    FTP - Use the domain solarhost.co.uk but your username and password from your welcome email - all files should be uploaded to 'Public_Html'

    Floppynet Customers (since February 2008) should use 'simplehostingsolutions.co.uk'

    cPanel - www.simplehostingsolutions.co.uk/cpanel and then log in with the username and password from your welcome email
    FTP - Use the domain simplehostingsolutions.co.uk but your username and password from your welcome email - all files should be uploaded to 'Public_Html'

    If these settings do not work for you please submit a ticket and we will provide you with further instructions. Please remember all passwords are Case-Sensitive!
